Sisu users with the "Admin", "TC", and "ISA" roles have the ability to download/export transactions enabled by default. However, Sisu users with the "Agent" role have this permission disabled by default for data ownership and privacy purposes.

If you want to give your users the ability (or remove this ability) to download transactions, the video below provides instructions.

Video Note: To optimize viewing, watch this video on Loom. You can do this by clicking the square icon with an arrow coming out of it, which appears in the top-right corner of the video.

Key Takeaway

  • To enable the ability to download transaction information, admins can go to Admin > Users and click the "Edit" button in-line with a user. Make sure the "Download Transactions" box is checked.

Once enabled, the user can export whatever transactions are returned from the Filters selection in the Transactions Page and the CSV file will contain the same columns that are shown (from the form that you are viewing fields from on your Transactions Page).
