Exporting of complete transaction data (either all transactions for TC and Admin roles or for agents only their transaction) or complete activity data (either all activities for TC and Admin roles or for agents only their activities) requires granting permissions to the user when adding the user or editing existing user permissions.

The ability to export and print other reports is based on if the user role has access to the report (they will have the ability to print).
