Making an Agent-Only Form

Make sure that the Restricted from Roles field is set to ISA.

Now your form will not be visible to users with the ISA role. The form's Name and Description fields should indicate that the form is designed for agent-only access.

Note: Each form can either be restricted from Sisu roles or accessible to Sisu Groups; they cannot share permission sets.

Making an ISA-Only Form
