This article explains how Activities and Transactions sync from BoldTrail to Sisu via the BoldTrail integration.

Activities
The activities listed below, when logged via the BoldTrail website OR the BoldTrail mobile app, will increment your activity counts in Sisu. Automated or AI driven (bot) texts and emails will NOT count towards your activity counts.
Outbound calls
Outbound text
Outbound emails
Conversations (either based on call length or a setting for any manually logged call)

Transactions
Updating The Contact Status
The integration can trigger a Sisu transaction based on contact status (example: BoldTrail contact client journey status changes to "ACTIVE LEAD" could trigger a Sisu transaction to be created - Sisu transaction type will be set based off the contact's lead type in BoldTrail).

Setting An Appointment
The integration can trigger a Sisu transaction based on an appointment set in BoldTrail. If an appointment is created with the appointment type of "Buyer Appointment" or "Listing Appointment" the integration will create a Sisu transaction in the Appt Set status. If the appointment is completed in BoldTrail the integration will update the Sisu transaction status to Appointment Met.

Please note: In this integration (similar to others) only 1 active buyer and seller Sisu transaction can be created for each contact at a time.
