Syncing ISA Appointments From FUB to Sisu
ISA users can set appointments in Follow Up Boss and sync those to Sisu to create a new transaction and receive dashboard credit. To do so, please verify the items listed below:
You must be logged in as the ISA in FUB
Your user role in Sisu must be ISA
The 'Appt Set by ISA' field must exist on at least one form in Sisu
The 'Create Sisu Transactions from FUB Appointments' setting within the integration configuration must be enabled
Once the above items are verified, you can then follow the steps below to sync an ISA Appointment Set from Follow Up Boss to Sisu:
1. In Follow Up Boss, click the People tab.
2. Click the name of a person. This opens the Lead Profile.
3. Click the plus icon in the Appointments section on the right. This opens the Create Appointment window.
4. Enter a title in the Title field.
5. For sellers, enter the client's address in the Location field.
6. Add the primary agent as a guest. (The client will already be added by default.)
7. Remove yourself as a guest.
8. Click the Set Type drop-down, and choose a transaction type with one of the following words:

The Transaction Type, Agent, and Address fields are filled in with the details from the appointment.
🔸 Results in FUB -
A new FUB deal will automatically be created.
A contact history note will confirm the transaction in Sisu was created
Linking FUB Deals to Existing Sisu Transactions
1. In Follow Up Boss, go to the Deals tab.
2. Click on a deal that isn't linked to a Sisu transaction. This brings up the deal card details.
ℹ️ Note
Any deals that are NOT in the Sisu Buyers or Sisu Sellers pipelines are not linked to a Sisu transaction. For example, the screenshot below shows a deal in the Sellers pipeline, which that means that this deal is not linked to a Sisu transaction.
3. In the deal card, add the transaction ID of corresponding Sisu transaction to the Sisu Transaction ID field and click the green checkmark to SAVE it.
5. Move the deal to a Sisu pipeline. To do this, click the name of the pipeline at the top of the deal card. Then select either the Sisu Buyers or Sisu Sellers pipeline.
6. Click the stage (to the right of the pipeline) and select the stage the corresponds with the transaction status in Sisu.
7. When finished, click the Done button at the bottom of the deal card.
Using the Sisu "Contact URL" Field to Open FUB Lead Profiles
As soon as the Follow Up Boss integration is enabled, a new field called Follow Up Boss Contact URL will become available and admins will be able to add it to any form. Agents can open a Sisu transaction that is linked to Follow Up Boss and then use this field to open the corresponding FUB Lead Profile in another tab.
After this field is added to a form in Sisu, you can use it by doing the following:
1. Open a transaction in Sisu that is linked to a FUB deal.
2. In the Transaction Menu on the left, select a form that contains the Follow Up Boss Contact URL field.
3. Once the form is open, scroll down to the field. Click the orange button on the right side of the field, and the contact's Lead Profile will open in another tab.
All Mapped Integration Fields
When a new Sisu transaction is created via the FUB integration, certain FUB and Sisu fields are mapped (or in other words, linked together). Whenever you update a mapped field in FUB, the corresponding field in Sisu is also updated (and vice versa). If your team has chosen to customize these fields, you might see more or fewer fields than you see below.
List of Mapped Fields
The table below shows 2 columns:

Sisu fields that can NOT be selected/mapped
The following Sisu fields can NOT be selected as syncing fields:
Transaction NOTES: FUB deal custom fields have a set length of 255 characters and the Sisu notes field does not. So any notes over 255 characters will not display or sync. Also, Sisu notes allow for spacing/returns and FUB does not. We have chosen for these reasons to not allow the syncing of this field.
Vendor fields: Vendor fields in Sisu are a reference to a different database and can change often, and for this reason we have chosen to not allow them to be selected.
⚠️ Important Configuration Note!
The following configuration setting must be enabled in order for commission fields to sync:
Location of Mapped Fields in Sisu
Mapped Sisu fields appear in your forms. They most likely will be in the Transaction Overview, but they could be in a different form depending on team preferences. To get to a transaction's forms, do the following:
1. In Sisu, go to Transactions > Transactions.
2. Click in-line with a transaction. This opens the transaction.
3. In the transaction, your list of forms is in a list on the left.
Location of Mapped Fields in FUB
All mapped FUB fields appear in the deal card. You can locate any deal in FUB by doing the following:
1. In FUB, click the Deals tab.
2. Click on a deal to see the deal information fields.
Understanding How Information Passes between Sisu and FUB
The fields on the deal card directly correlate with the fields inside of Sisu. If you make a change to those fields in the FUB deal card, the corresponding fields in Sisu update. Similarly, if you make a change to those fields in Sisu, the FUB deal card updates.
If the configuration setting Ignore Updates after Sisu transaction status is enabled, this makes Sisu the "source of truth" once the transaction status reaches the status specified in the configuration settings (Signed or Pending). This causes the integration to ignore updates to the FUB deal card and revert back to whatever is in Sisu.
How Sisu Tracks FUB Leads
If a lead comes into the integration that was created in FUB June 2023, we will increment the Follow Up Boss Leads Activity for the date that the lead was created. So if you’re looking at new leads for TODAY, that count wouldn’t be there because it’s not a new lead.
If that same lead comes in and the setting Add new leads to Lead Source Count report is enabled, we add a lead count to the Counts and Expenses page (found by going to Admin > Lead Sources) of the corresponding lead source for June 2023.
If a lead comes in today, we DO increment the Follow Up Boss Leads Activity for today.
