Ins & Outs Of The CINC Integration

Written by Kayla Latta

This article shows how your actions in CINC affect transactions and Activities in Sisu. The CINC integration is a one-way, continuous update from CINC to Sisu. Any changes you make to a Sisu transaction won’t update an associated lead in CINC.

How New Transactions Are Created in Sisu

This section explains how and when transactions are created in Sisu through the CINC integration, how lead data maps over, and how special cases (buyer/seller leads and ISAs) are handled.

→ How Are New Transactions Created in Sisu?

New transactions are created when specific pipeline labels are applied to a lead in CINC. These labels are manually created in CINC by a CINC user upon setup.

Below is a full list of available pipeline labels.

When one of these labels is applied to a lead in CINC:

  • A transaction may be created in Sisu

  • The transaction status advances based on the label applied

→ Where Does New Lead Information Appear in Sisu?

When a lead is added in CINC, specific fields sync over to Sisu. The table below shows how those fields map.

→ What Happens If a Lead Is Both a Buyer and a Seller?

If a lead is marked as both a buyer and a seller in CINC, the integration can create two separate transactions in Sisu. Here's how:

  1. Create lead in CINC.

    1. Mark the lead as both buyer and seller.

    2. Both Agent and Listing Agent fields are filled out.

  2. Apply a buyer pipeline label to trigger the transaction creation.

Example: The Buyer Apt Met label is applied to the lead in CINC.

    • A buyer transaction is created in Sisu in the Appt Met status and assigned to the Agent.

    • A seller transaction is also created in Sisu in the Pipeline status and assigned to the Listing Agent.

→ How Are ISA Users Handled?

If a CINC user is in the ISA user role in Sisu and they apply an Apt Set pipeline label, the transaction in Sisu will show the ISA's name in the Appt Set By (ISA) form field.

How CINC Labels Update Sisu Transactions

The CINC integration is label-driven. Pipeline labels control when transactions are created in Sisu and how they move through each stage.

After adding a lead in CINC, applying the correct pipeline label will update the transaction status in Sisu.

→ How Do CINC Labels Update a Sisu Transaction?

As a lead progresses, you apply additional pipeline labels in CINC to reflect their progress.

⚠️ Important: Once a pipeline label is applied, do not remove it. Pipeline labels represent milestones the lead has already completed.

Example: You apply a Buyer Apt Set label in CINC.

  • Buyer transaction is created in Sisu in the Appt Set status.

After the appointment occurs, you apply the Buyer Apt Met label in CINC.

  • The existing Sisu transaction updates to the Appt Met status.

Each new pipeline label advances the transaction forward.

ℹ️ Note: When a Buyer Lost or Seller Lost pipeline label is applied, the Lost Reason in Sisu will be set as “Marked Lost by CINC Integration”.

→ How to Apply a Label in CINC

You can apply labels in two ways.

Option 1: Apply a Label When Adding a New Lead

  1. Go to the CINC Leads Dashboard

  2. Click Add New Lead

  3. Confirm lead consent

  4. Scroll to the Label field

  5. Select the appropriate label

  6. Save the lead

The label is applied automatically.

Option 2: Apply a Label to an Existing Lead

  1. Go to the CINC Leads Dashboard

  2. Click the lead’s name

  3. Click the area below the status dropdown

  4. Select the label you want to apply

  5. Click Apply

→ What Happens If Pipeline Labels Are Removed or Reapplied?

  • Removing a pipeline label does not reverse or change the transaction in Sisu

  • Reapplying a pipeline label that was already used does nothing

  • Once a transaction is in the Closed status in Sisu, removing and reapplying pipeline labels will create a new transaction in Sisu.

If a label is applied to a lead in CINC but a transaction does not currently exist for that lead in Sisu, when a new label is applied (any type of label, not necessarily an integration label) a transaction will be created in Sisu.

CINC Processes That Increment Sisu Activities

Activities sync in real time. As your team makes calls, sends texts, and sends emails, those activities flow immediately into Sisu. This means instant visibility, more accurate reporting, and better coaching insights.

→ Standard CINC Activities That Sync to Sisu

The following activity types increment automatically based on actions taken in CINC.

The user who performs the action in CINC receives credit in Sisu. Only outgoing actions increment Sisu activities.

→ CINC Dialer Activities

The CINC Dialer is a VOIP calling system that allows agents to quickly call through a list of leads from their computer. This is called a Dialer campaign.

During a campaign:

  • The Dialer records the result of each call

  • A campaign summary is generated when the campaign ends

  • Results sync directly to Sisu

For information on using the Dialer, check out this video from CINC's Help Center.

  • If the Sync CINC Dialer Activities setting isn't enabled in the integration configuration, Sisu default Activities (Number of Dials, Conversations) won't be incremented in Sisu.

For steps on how to enable these settings, check out this section of the Configuring the CINC Integration KB article. 📙

Lead Source Tracking

Lead counts update in real time and are tracked per agent.

As soon as a new lead is added in CINC, the activity is reflected immediately in Sisu.

To utilize this feature, the Increment New Lead Source Total setting must be enabled in the integration configuration. For steps on how to enable these settings, check out this section of the Configuring the CINC Integration KB article. 📙

When enabled, any new lead added in CINC with a Lead Source assigned will automatically increment the total lead count for that Lead Source in Sisu.

More accurate lead attribution leads to:

  • Clearer marketing performance insights

  • More accurate expense tracking

  • Better ROI visibility
