We've split the setup process into parts to make it easier to do. Complete each section in this article one at a time in order to set up the CINC integration.

Before you begin...

Before you set up this integration, it's ESSENTIAL that you complete all required prerequisites to ensure that the integration functions correctly once it's turned on. You can find all of these prerequisites in this article from our Knowledge Base. If you've already completed these, you can move on to the section below.

Part 1: Set Up Pipeline Labels in CINC

The CINC integration with Sisu is driven by CINC labels that match up with Sisu pipeline statuses. By assigning these pipeline labels to a lead in CINC, you can make the corresponding Sisu transaction advance from one status to the next. So let's go ahead and create those labels in CINC by doing the following:

1. Log into CINC.

2. In the sidebar on the left, click Leads > Labels and then Manage Labels. This opens the Manage Labels window.

3. To create a label, click Create New Label on the right side of the window.

4. Type one of the accepted integration labels (see list below) in the field provided.

⚠️ Important Note!

Make sure there are no typos! The spelling and spacing must be entered exactly how you see it above.

List of Accepted Integration Labels

You can add as many or as few of these labels as you want, depending on what statuses you want your agents to be able to advance in Sisu.

  • Buyer Pipeline

  • Buyer Apt Set

  • Buyer Apt Met

  • Buyer Client Signed

  • Buyer Showing

  • Buyer Offer Made

  • Buyer Pending (or Buyer Under Contract)

  • Buyer Closed

  • Seller Pipeline

  • Seller Apt Set

  • Seller Apt Met

  • Seller Client Signed

  • Seller Live Listing

  • Seller Showing

  • Seller Offer Made

  • Seller Pending (or Seller Under Contract)

  • Seller Closed

  • Sisu New [increments the CINC New Leads Activity]

5. Click Create. Your new label appears in the Manage Labels window.

6. Repeat steps 3–5 to add any other Sisu labels that you want.

7. If desired, click Add Group to make folders. Then organize your labels as you see fit.

8. Review the names of all your labels and make sure each one has been named correctly. If the name is mistyped, the integration won't recognize it.

Part 2: Get Your Integration Access Token

⚠️ *IMPORTANT*: If you have 2 websites with CINC that you want connected to 1 Sisu team, please contact support before continuing.

  1. Click here to go to the access token page of

  2. In the prompt, click Accept.

  3. Enter your CINC login credentials and then click Continue. This makes your access token appear in the form of a long string of letters and numbers.

  4. Click Copy Token to automatically copy the token.

  5. Paste the token somewhere you can easily find it. You'll need this token later on in the setup process.

Part 3: Choose Your Settings and Finalize Setup

1. In Sisu, go to Admin > Integration Hub.

2. Click the CINC tile. This opens the integration setup window.

3. Click Next.

4. Scroll down to the CINC Connection section and paste the access token from Part 2 into the CINC API Key field.

ℹ️ Note

Don't worry about the CINC Environment to Use field. It should already have Production selected.

5. Click the Start creating transactions from pipeline drop-down, and select a Sisu pipeline label from the menu. When agents apply the selected label to a lead, a new transaction is created in Sisu.

Let's say you choose the Sisu Apt Set option from the drop-down. When the agent applies either the Buyer Apt Set label or the Seller Apt Set label to a lead, a transaction in Sisu will be created.

6. If desired, change the New Agent Password. This is the default password for all new agents.

7. If you're using the CINC Dialer, click the Use Dialer toggle to enable the setting.

About This Setting

This setting makes the following CINC Dialer Activities appear in Sisu:

  • CINC Dialer Conversations

  • CINC Dialer Conversations over 30 Seconds

  • CINC Dialer Cancelled

  • CINC Dialer No Answer

  • CINC Dialer Unworked

  • CINC Dialer Left VM

Each morning, Dialer Activity numbers in Sisu will be updated to reflect the numbers recorded in the CINC Dialer Summary report.

9. If you enabled the Use Dialer setting, you can choose to enable Auto-Increment Standard Sisu Activities from Dialer.

About This Setting

When you enable this setting, you can expect the following:

  • When CINC Dialer calls are over 30 seconds, they are automatically counted as a Sisu Conversation. Conversations are tracked on the Dashboard and in several reports.

  • Each CINC Dialer call automatically counts toward the "Number of Dials" Activity in Sisu.

10. Click Finish. This turns on the CINC integration with Sisu.

11. Create a test lead in CINC and apply some labels to make sure the integration is working correctly. (If you have other CINC integrations still enabled, you may see duplicate transactions created. Part 4 in this article will resolve this problem.) The video below shows you what successful integration should look like.

Video Note: To optimize viewing, watch this video on Loom. You can do this by clicking the square icon with an arrow coming out of it, which appears in the top-right corner of the video.

Part 4: Disable All Other CINC Integrations

If you're currently using Real Synch, API Nation, Zapier, or any other third-party provider to integrate between CINC and Sisu, please turn off your previous integration. If Sisu controls the integration, please reach out to our Success team so they can disable it. You can reach a Success team member in minutes by logging into Sisu and clicking the chat bubble.

Now that the CINC integration is set up and working, disabling any other CINC/Sisu integrations will prevent duplicates.
