Sisu is excited to have an integration with the BoldTrail CRM (AKA: KVCore, BoomTown Pro). This is a 1 way integration syncing from BoldTrail to Sisu. It can track user activities and trigger the creation of Sisu Transactions.

Acquiring The BoldTrail API Key

The integration requires an API key that is generated from the BoldTrail account owner. If you are unsure of how to acquire the API key please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to BoldTrail as the account owner.

  2. Navigate to “Lead Engine” from the left panel.

  3. Click on “Lead Dropbox”.

  4. In the “My API Tokens” section create a new token by checking the “ALL” checkbox and clicking “generate”.

  5. COPY the API key that you just created.


Configuring How Activities Sync

The integration configuration is customizable and can be edited at anytime! Below you'll find more information on how to configure the way Activities sync from Boldtrail to Sisu.

Sync BoldTrail Activities to Sisu

If you wish to sync BoldTrail activities (call, text, email) to Sisu you must enable this setting.

Contact Status Blacklist

If there is a particular contact status, or statuses, you do NOT want to count activities for, you can select them in this dropdown. Click the 'Add value' button to add more statues. Click the trashcan on the right to remove a status selection.

Count Conversations Based off Call Length

You can choose to count outgoing dialer calls that meet a specified length (defined in the next setting) as a Conversation in Sisu with this setting.

Conversation Call Length (seconds)

If you've enabled the above setting this is where you can choose the length of the call (in seconds) that you want to count as a Conversation in Sisu.

Count All Calls as Conversations in Sisu

When this setting is enabled all manually logged calls in BoldTrail with an outcome of “Talked To Contact” will be counted as Conversations in Sisu.

When this setting is disabled only dialer calls (as configured above) will count as Conversations in Sisu.

ℹ️ Note: You can enable both call settings. If both are enabled, dialer calls and manually logged calls will increment the Conversations activity in Sisu.


Configuring How Transactions Sync

The integration configuration is customizable and can be edited at anytime! Below you'll find more information on how to configure the way Transactions sync from Boldtrail to Sisu.

Create Sisu Transactions From BoldTrail Appointments

If this setting is enabled the integration will create a Sisu transaction when a BoldTrail appointment is created.

If this setting is disabled creating appointments in BoldTrail will have no impact in Sisu.

Create Sisu Transactions From BoldTrail Status Changes

If this setting is enabled you'll be prompted to select a desired trigger status from dropdown.

When the BoldTrail contact status is updated to the selected status a Sisu transaction will be created (if there is not already an active Sisu transaction for that side).

If this setting is disabled updating a contact status in BoldTrail will have no impact in Sisu.
