Sisu is excited to have an integration with Brivity CRM. This integration is a 1 way integration syncing from Brivity to Sisu. It can track user activities and trigger the creation of Sisu Transactions.

Topics in this article:

Setting Up The Brivity Integration

Setup must be completed using the credentials and API key from the Brivity “account owner”.

In Sisu, follow these steps:

  1. In Brivity, logged in as the Account Owner, navigate to Settings > Business.

  2. Copy your Brivity API key.

  3. In Sisu, navigate to Account > Admin > Integration Hub.

  4. Click the Brivity Tile.

  5. In section 1, Initial Configuration, click “Next”.

  6. In section 2, Connections, paste in your Brivity API key.

  7. Your Sisu API Key will be automatically populated.

  8. Click “Next”.

  9. In section 3, Activity Configurations, select how you'd like to sync activities from Brivity based on the following:

    • Sync Brivity Activities

      • Enabled (green): Calls, texts, emails, and conversations will be synced from Brivity to Sisu.

      • Disabled (grey): Activities in Brivity will NOT be tracked in Sisu.

    • Count Conversations based on call length

      • Enabled (green): Outbound dialer calls that meet the conversation call length (set in the next setting) will increment the Conversations activity as well as the Brivity Conversations activity.

      • Disabled (grey): Dialer call length will not determine or track conversations.

    • Conversation Call Length (seconds)

      • If 'Count Conversations based on call length' setting is enabled, select the number of seconds that a call must last to be counted as a conversation here.

    • Count All Call Logs as Sisu Conversations

      • Enabled (green): Calls manually logged as “talked” from Brivity (or the Brivity app) will be counted as a Conversation. All other call outcomes will not count towards conversations.

      • Disabled (grey): Manually logged calls will not count towards conversations.

  10. Click “Next”.

  11. In section 4, Additional Options, configure these settings:

    • Select any contact statuses you do NOT want to count activities for

      • From the dropdown select any Brivity contact statuses that you do NOT wish to track. (For example: Some teams may not want to sync activities made on leads in a pending status since these actions wouldn’t count towards lead generation. Most teams just track everything.)

    • Enable Brivity Lead Status Trigger

      • Enabled (green): When a Brivity lead is put in the specified status (selected in the next setting) a Sisu transaction will be created (if an active transaction for that side doesn't already exist). Example: If your lead’s “intent” is “BUYER”, and you don’t have an active buyer transaction for that lead in Sisu, a new transaction will be created.

      • Disabled (grey): Creating contact status in Brivity will have no impact in Sisu.

    • Select Lead Status Trigger

      • If using the “Enable Brivity Lead Status Trigger” setting above the status selected here will be the trigger to create a transaction in Sisu.

    • Allow Brivity Appointments to create Sisu Transactions

      • Enabled (green): When a Brivity appointment is created a Sisu transaction will be created (if an active transaction for that side doesn't already exist). Example: If you create a buyer appointment on a lead in Brivity a new transaction will be created in Sisu.

      • Disabled (grey): Creating appointments in Brivity will have no impact in Sisu.

  12. Click “Finish”.

Your integration is now configured! 💥
