This article explains how Activities and Transactions sync from Brivity to Sisu via the Brivity integration.

Syncing Activities

Activities logged via the Brivity website or the Brivity mobile app will increment your activity counts in Sisu. Automated or AI driven (bot) texts and emails will NOT count increment your activity counts in Sisu.

  • Outbound Texts

    • Sending an outbound text to a Brivity contact will increment the 'Brivity Texts' activity as well as the Sisu 'Text Messages' activity.

  • Outbound Emails

    • Sending an email to a Brivity contact will increment the 'Brivity Emails' activity as well as the 'Emails Sent' activity.

  • Outbound Calls

    • Making a call to a Brivity contact via the dialer (in web or in app) will increment the 'Brivity Calls (Outbound)' activity as well as the 'Number of Dials' activity.

      The 'Count Conversations based on call length' setting must be enabled within the integration.

    • Logging a manual call for a Brivity contact (in web or in app) will increment the 'Brivity Calls (Outbound)' activity as well as the 'Number of Dials' activity.

      The 'Count All Call Logs as Sisu Conversations' setting must be enabled within the integration.

  • Outbound Conversations (either based on call length or a setting for any manually logged call)

    • The 'Brivity Conversations' activity will increment as well as the Sisu 'Conversations' activity.

    • If you choose a dialer time that is less than 2 minutes Brivity reporting and Sisu reporting will not match. Sisu is only tracking outbound calls so this can account for Brivity reports generating different counts as well.

  • Brivity Leads

    • Any new lead added to Brivity will increment the 'Brivity Leads' activity.

    • Lead Source Counts and At Bats will also be automatically incremented.

ℹ️ Please note: Default Sisu activities, such as 'Text Messages' and 'Emails Sent', could show higher totals than Brivity activities due to agents or other users manually tracking in Sisu or other integrations syncing to these activities.


Syncing Transactions

Transaction Type

The Sisu Transaction Type will be set based off the contact's "INTENT" in Brivity:

  • Intent of BUYER = Sisu Buyer Transaction

  • Intent of SELLER = Sisu Seller Transaction

  • Intent of SELLER & BUYER = 1 Buyer Transaction and 1 Seller Transaction

  • All other intents in Brivity create no action in Sisu

Transactions can only be created in Sisu if there are no active transactions already existing in Sisu for that contact.

Creating A Transaction On Brivity Contact Status

Changing the status of a Brivity contact can create a Sisu Transaction.

If the Integration setting for this is enabled (green) and you have selected Hot as your status, when the contact status in Brivity is updated to Hot a Sisu transaction will then be created.

Creating A Transaction On Brivity Appointment Set

A Sisu transaction can be created by setting an appointment in Brivity. If an appointment is created with the appointment type of "Buyer Consultation" or "Listing Consultation" we will create a Sisu transaction in the Appt Set status. Only those two appointment types will trigger the creation of a Sisu Transaction.

Selecting an appointment outcome in Brivity will trigger updates within the Sisu transaction.

The outcome of the appointment will update the Sisu transaction as follows:

When creating a Listing Consultation in Brivity, inputting an address into the "Location" field will sync to the address fields within the Sisu transaction.

ℹ️ Please note: In this integration only 1 active buyer and 1 active seller Sisu transaction can be created for each contact at a time.


Future Enhancements

  • Choosing a Sisu transaction status that would trigger the creation of a Brivity transaction or update an existing Brivity transaction.
