In Sisu, users can download Activity data, but you can decide who can download that data by enabling or disabling the Download Activity permission in the user profile.

Note: In order to enable the Download Activity permission for someone else, you must first have the permission enabled for yourself, even if you're an admin. The original account owner should be able to enable any permissions you need.
