Some users have been complaining about missing notifications. The issue might be that the @mention in the message isn't formatted properly. This video below will help you learn how the @mentioning needs to be formatted.

If you don't receive notifications within 15 minutes, check your spam folder. Sometimes Sisu emails that come from [email protected] can be tagged as spam. If that's the case, add the email address to your address book.
