Generating and Printing a CDA
Go to Transactions > Transactions.
Click in-line with a transaction to open it.
In the menu on the left, click Commission Form.
Scroll to the bottom of the Commission Form and select an individual from the CDA Approved By drop-down menu.
From the Commissions Instructions Template drop-down, select a set of CDA instructions. This autopopulates the Commissions Instructions field.
Note: The list of CDA versions in the drop-down menu depends on how many were created in the admin settings.
Review the Commission Instructions.
If you want the Payouts section of the CDA hidden, click the Hide Payouts checkbox.
When finished, click one of the following buttons:
Click Print CDA and Save to Documents Folder. This opens a PDF of your CDA that you can print. This also makes the CDA appear in the transaction's list of documents.
Click Print Primary Agent CDA and Save to Documents Folder. This functions just like the button above, but only the primary agent's commission information appears on the CDA.
ℹ️ Note
All versions of the CDA are saved in the Documents section of the transaction. You can access documents by opening a transaction and then clicking the Documents link in the menu on the left.
Emailing a CDA from within a Transaction
Go to Transactions > Transactions.
Click in-line with a transaction to open it.
In the menu on the left, click Documents.
Scroll down to the list of documents associated to the transaction.
In-line with the CDA, click Send. This opens the Send Document screen.
In the Send To drop-down, select any users you want to send the CDA to.
In the Send To (other) field, enter the email addresses of anyone else you'd like to send the CDA to.
Enter a subject and a message in the fields provided.
Click Send to send an email with the CDA attached.
