Where can admins find cap information?
Editing a user profile: You can edit a user by going to Admin > User and clicking "Edit" in-line with a user. This opens the user's profile.
The Caps report: To find the Caps report, click the "Reports" tab at the top of Sisu. In the list of reports on the left, click "Caps." This report shows you the progress of your team's brokerage and royalty caps. It also shows you the transactions that are contributing to your caps.
Making Adjustment Categories Apply to Caps
Adjustment categories in the admin settings are all the reasons why you're going to pay someone. Some examples of adjustment categories are "Agent Royalty Cap" and "Brokerage Fee." You need to tell Sisu which of these should count toward the brokerage cap, which should count toward the royalty cap, and which are simply fees. It's possible that you completed this when you created your adjustment categories, but it's good to double-check that the cap information is accurate. To review your adjustment categories, do the following:
Go to Admin > Commissions.
In the Commissions options on the left side of the screen, click Adjustment Categories.
In-line with an adjustment category, click Edit.
Review the Use field and change it if necessary.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for all adjustment categories.
Displaying Cap Slides in the Display Mode Slide Deck
When in Display Mode, you can have those who have reached their cap appear in the slide deck. To enable these slides, do the following:
Go to Admin > Team Settings.
In the menu on the left, click Preferences.
Scroll down to the Dashboard Settings section.
Make sure Show Cappers in Display Mode is set to Displaying.
Changing the Names of Cap Fields
You can change the way caps are labeled in certain parts of the system, specifically the Edit User screen and the Caps report.
Go to Admin > Commissions.
In the Commissions options on the left side of the screen, click Preferences. This opens your commission preferences.
In the Cap Labels section, enter a new name for the cap fields and then click Update.
