The most valuable thing about Sisu is being able to track your data and visualize the results. It can seem daunting 😨 to record everything you're doing, but we've made it easy with just a few clicks. 

On the top left side of your Sisu screen, you will see a "Record" tab. Click here and you can begin recording all of the Activities you work so hard every day to accomplish. 

Forgot to enter your data from yesterday? 😅 No sweat. On the top right-hand side of the "Record" screen, you can select any date you need to enter information for.
