Part 1: Duplicate and Update the Canva Template
Access the Canva Template: Canva Template Link.
Duplicate the template: Create a copy of the template to customize for your real estate team.
Update Team/Brokerage Logos: Customize the template by adding your team or brokerage logos where appropriate.
Update Contact Information: Ensure your team’s contact information, including phone number and website, is accurately displayed.
Update Team Photo: Replace the placeholder team photo with a high-quality image of your real estate team.
Part 2: Update, Record, and Edit New Audio Narration
Update Script: Use the script provided as a guide, and update it with your team’s information.
Record New Audio Narration: Record the audio narration for your commercial using the updated script.
Edit Audio: If needed, edit the audio recording to remove any long periods of silence and keep the narration tight and punchy.
Part 3: Sync Updated Audio to Canva Template
Upload Audio Narration to Canva: Import the audio narration into the Canva template.
Adjust Slide Lengths: Adjust the length of slides and segments to match the pacing of the narration.
Part 4: Export For Use
Review and Finalize: Review your commercial to ensure all elements align correctly and that the audio is synchronized with the visuals.
