Which vendor types can I invite to Client Portal?

Currently, you can invite the following types of vendors to Client Portal:

  • escrow

  • mortgage

  • lender

  • attorney

  • title

What Client Portal features will vendors have access to?

The features that vendors can access depend on your Sisu subscription. Click one of the packages below to see which features your vendors will be able to access:

I'm on Premier

With this package, vendors have access to...

  • Transaction Details: The vendor will see any transaction that you've added them to, along with all transaction details.

  • Roadmaps: They can see each transaction's roadmap.

  • Comment Threads with the Real Estate Team AND Your Clients:

    • In Client Portal, vendors can start new comment threads with the real estate team and with clients.

    • Vendors can participate in comment threads created by others.

    • Vendors can @mention clients and members of your team to notify other users of their comments, and you can @mention the vendor.

  • Documents: Vendors have access to any document folders that admins give them access to. Vendors can upload documents to these folders and interact with documents that others have uploaded.

I'm on Essentials

With this package, vendors have access to...

  • Transaction Details: The vendor will see any transaction that you've added them to, along with all transaction details.

  • Comment Threads with the Real Estate Team:

    • In Client Portal, vendors can start new comment threads with the real estate team.

      • You can see and respond to vendor comments by going to the transaction in Sisu and clicking the "Comments" link in the menu on the left.

    • Vendors can participate in comment threads created by others.

    • Vendors can @mention members of your team to notify you of their comments, and you can @mention the vendor.

      *IMPORTANT*: Unfortunately with this package, vendors won't be able to communicate with the client at all. They'll only be able to see and interact with internal comment threads.

Do comments work the same with vendors?

Yes! The Comments tab for Vendors looks just like yours. They make comments, check notifications, and use @mentions in the same way that you do.

Can vendors still use the Client Portal if I'm not on Premier?

Yes! Even though Essentials customers don't have access to the Client Portal, your vendors can still use it as a free tool. However, they won't have access to all the features. To see which features that vendors have when on Essentials, see the Essentials section in this article.
