Fetching Documents From Dotloop

Any documents in a linked Loop can be pulled into Sisu. To fetch documents from Dotloop, do the following:

  1. Go to Transactions > Transactions.

  2. Click in-line with a transaction to open it.

  3. In the menu on the left, click Documents.

  4. Click the Fetch Loop Documents button.

  5. After about 10 seconds, refresh the page. Any documents that have been added to Dotloop appear in Sisu.

Important Things to Note

  • If you update a document in the Loop and re-fetch the documents from Sisu, this will replace the document in Sisu with the most recent version.

  • If you add documents to the Loop and re-fetch the documents from Sisu, the new documents appear in Sisu.

  • If you archive a document in the Loop, it will remain in Sisu.

  • If you create/link a new loop and add new documents, and then fetch those documents in Sisu, the old Loop's documents will still remain in the Sisu transaction's documents section and the new ones will also be added.

    • Any documents with the same name as existing documents will show a "-1" at the end of the name.

  • Fetching documents creates a Dotloop documents folder in Client Portal.
