If you want to see all your referral/rental transactions (and the corresponding data) all at once, we recommend filtering the Transactions screen by the Rental field or the Referral field. These fields not only make it easy to filter the Transactions screen by rentals and referrals but they also make it easy to give away Dashboard credit for these transactions.
*IMPORTANT*: When either the Rental field or the Referral field is set to Yes in a transaction form (see screenshot below), this automatically gives away Dashboard credit. See the article called How do I give away Dashboard credit for rentals and referrals? for more information.

Filtering the Transactions Screen
To filter the Transactions screen by rentals or referrals, do the following:
Go to the Transactions screen.
Click the filter icon in the top-right corner.
In the filter, scroll down to the Yes/No section.
Click the drop-down and select either Referral or Rental.
Note: These menu options will only appear if the fields have been added to one of your forms.
Select the Yes option and then click Filter. This filters the Transactions screen so you can see rental/referral transactions and their stats all at once.
If you want to save this filter, click Save as New, enter a name for the filter, and click Save.
