Setting Up The Recruit Sync Integration

The Sisu Recruit Sync integration creates new Agent users on your Sisu Real Estate team roster based on updates made to the Recruit Status or Stage within your Recruiting team.

At this time the integration can only sync from one Recruiting team to one Real Estate team. If you need to sync a single Recruiting team with multiple Real Estate teams, this integration will not support that setup.

Configuring The Integration

Follow these steps to configure this integration:

  1. In your Real Estate team platform, navigate to Admin > Team Settings > API Credentials / Webhooks.

  2. In the Team API Credentials section, to the right of Authorization, click the Copy to Clipboard icon. Paste this somewhere you can easily copy/paste it again. You'll need this in just a few steps!

  3. Toggle to your Recruiting team platform (from the upper, left hand corner of Sisu).

  4. Navigate to Admin > Team Settings > API Credentials / Webhooks.

  5. In the Company API Credentials section, to the right of Authorization, click the Copy to Clipboard icon.

  6. Navigate to Admin > Integration Hub and select the Sisu Recruit Sync tile.

  7. In Step 1 - Connections, paste the Authorization code from your Recruiting team platform into the Sisu Recruiting team API Authorization field.

    Paste the Authorization code from your Real Estate team platform into the Real Estate Team API Key Authorization field.

  8. Click Next.

  9. In Step 2 - Settings, enable the Enable on Recruit Stage setting if you'd like your Recruits to be created as Agent users on your Real Estate team roster when the Recruit is updated to a specific Stage. If you're leveraging the Recruit Stages Board you'll want to enable this.

    ℹ️ Note: If Stage and Status are both enabled to trigger the creation of the Agent user whichever occurs first will trigger the user creation.

  10. Select a Recruit Stage you'd like the above setting to trigger on.

  11. Enable the Enable on Recruit Status setting if you'd like your Recruits to be created as Agent users on your Real Estate team roster when the Recruit is updated to a specific Status.

  12. Select a Recruit Status you'd like the above setting to trigger on.

  13. Click Finish.

  14. Navigate to Admin > Company Settings > Forms & Fields and add the “Sisu Account Email” field to your Recruit form. This field is required in order for the integration to create an Agent user account within your Real Estate team. We recommend making this a required field.
