This article you are reading now that discusses the integration for your recruiting leads.

This article will only apply if you have a Recruiting account with Sisu. If your account doesn't have one and you want one, please reach out to your account manager for more details.
Additionally, this article won't make full sense until there is an understanding of how the main integration works for your real estate leads because this article describes the changes to that integration to include recruiting leads as well.
Here is the gist:
The recruiting integration works using the same Lofty instance (previously a separate instance was required) you use for your real estate leads. [Note: We still have the ability to use a separate Lofty instance for your recruiting leads, but this use case is rare, so reach out for more details.]
When you have "Agent" selected as a Lead Type in Lofty:
Then, the Sisu Bridge Page will have the ability to create a Sisu "Recruit" in your Sisu Recruiting account:
The main changes happen in the Sisu Bridge Page, and here is how it works:
If a Lofty lead has the
Agentlead type, we will allow Sisu "Recruits" (going into your Sisu recruiting account) to be created on the bridge page.If a Lofty lead has any lead types other than
Agent, we will allow regular Sisu real estate transactions to be created on the bridge page - just like you are used to.If a Lofty lead has the
Agentlead type as well as any other lead types, we will allow both Sisu "Recruits" (going into your Sisu recruiting account) and regular Sisu real estate transactions (going into your existing Sisu real estate account) to be created on the bridge page.The bridge page will only allow a single Sisu "Recruit" to be created per Lofty lead.
If a Lofty lead has a Sisu "Recruit" created, we will show it on the bridge page regardless of the current lead type.
If a lead has any open Sisu real estate transactions, we will show them on the bridge page regardless of the current lead type.
Additionally:
Lead source counts will be updated in the Sisu recruiting account, the Sisu real estate account, or BOTH depending on which Lofty lead type(s) are selected for the lead, and changing the Lofty lead type(s) will potentially decrement a lead source count in the affected account.
Activities (calls, texts, emails, Conversations) will ONLY be credited to the Sisu recruiting team starting when the
Agentlead type is in effect. Changing lead types will not affect previous activities.
