The Sisu Recruit Sync integration creates new Agent users on your Sisu Real Estate team roster based on updates made to the Recruit Status or Stage within your Recruiting team.

At this time the integration is only able to sync from one Recruiting team to one Real Estate team. If you're wanting to sync from a single Recruiting team to multiple Real Estate teams this integration won’t work for you.

Requirements

  • You must set up the integration via your Recruiting team and define the destination as your Real Estate team. More information on setting up the integration can be found in the setup article (coming soon). 📙

  • The “Sisu Account Email” field must be added to your Recruit form. This field is required in order for the integration to create an Agent user account within your Real Estate team.

    To add this field to your form(s) simply navigate to Admin > Company Settings > Forms & Fields. We recommend making this a required field. If you're unsure of how to do so please check out this article! 📙


Syncing Based on Recruit Stage

Follow these 3 steps to create a user on your Real Estate team roster by updating a Recruit Stage:

  1. From within the Recruit, update the Stage to the same Stage you selected to sync in the integration configuration.

    ℹ️ You can also update the Recruit Stage from within the Recruit's Task page or the Recruit Stages Board.

  2. Ensure the Recruit's email is input into the "Sisu Account Email" field.

  3. Click Update at the bottom of your form.

The Recruit will be added as an Agent user to your Real Estate team user roster. 💥


Syncing Based on Recruit Status

Follow these 3 steps to create a user on your Real Estate team roster by updating a Recruit Status:

  • From within the Recruit, update the Status to the same Status you selected to sync in the integration configuration.

  • Ensure the Recruit's email is input into the "Sisu Account Email" field.

  • Click Update at the bottom of your form.

The Recruit will be added as an Agent user to your Real Estate team user roster. 💥


Managing Active User Licenses

As your team grows you will need to add additional user licenses to your Sisu subscription. If the user license total is insufficient when a Recruit is synced to the Real Estate team user roster the following will occur:

  • The Integration will alert the Billing Admin if you are out of active licenses.

  • The new Agent will still be added to the user roster but with an inactive status.

    • Inactive agents can be activated when more licenses are acquired.
