To make setup easier, we’ve broken the process into sections. Complete each part in order to successfully connect CINC to Sisu.

Required Prerequisites

Complete these three steps before turning on the integration.

  1. Using Multiple CINC Websites?

If you have more than one CINC website connected to your account, this requires a two-step setup process and assistance from our team. Contact our Customer Success team via the chat bubble in Sisu. 💬

  2. Match CINC Users to Sisu Users

The integration matches users based on name and email. If a CINC user does not match a user in Sisu:

    • They will not be mapped.

    • Their data will not sync via the integration.

Before proceeding, confirm that your users exist in Sisu, and the user names and emails match in both systems.

Key Strategies for Success

The following strategies will help ensure a smooth setup and prevent common issues once the CINC integration is enabled.

  • Verify Your Timezone

All activity and logged dates are based on your team timezone settings in Sisu. Before turning on the integration, confirm your timezone is correct by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > Profile.

  • Make Sure Everyone Understands Your Triggers

    Your configuration settings determine:

    • How leads move from CINC into Sisu

    • When transactions are created in Sisu

    • How activities are incremented in Sisu

Ensure you and your agents understand which labels trigger actions. For more details on how triggers work, see the related Knowledge Base article (Part 3, Step 9).

Part 1: Create CINC Labels

The integration works through CINC labels that match Sisu pipeline statuses.

When a label is applied to a lead in CINC, the corresponding Sisu transaction moves forward.

  1. Log into CINC.

  2. In the sidebar on the left, click Leads > Labels and then Manage Labels. This opens the Manage Labels window.

  3. Click Create New Label on the right side of the window.

  4. Enter the label name as Buyer Pipeline.

  5. Click Create.

  6. Repeat these steps for the additional labels:

    Buyer Pipeline Labels:

    • Buyer Apt Set

    • Buyer Apt Met

    • Buyer Client Signed

    • Buyer Showing

    • Buyer Offer Made

    • Buyer Pending (or Buyer Under Contract)

    • Buyer Closed

  7. Seller Pipeline Labels:

    • Seller Pipeline

    • Seller Apt Set

    • Seller Apt Met

    • Seller Client Signed

    • Seller Live Listing

    • Seller Showing

    • Seller Offer Made

    • Seller Pending (or Seller Under Contract)

    • Seller Closed

ℹ️ You can click Add Group to create folders and organize your labels. Creating Sisu Seller and Sisu Buyer folders is optional but recommended.

⚠️ Important:
Spelling and spacing must match exactly. If there’s a typo, the integration will not recognize the label. Before moving on, double-check that every label is spelled correctly.

Part 2: Get Your CINC Access Token

Next you'll need to acquire your CINC Access Token.

  1. Click Accept.

  2. Login with your CINC credentials.

  3. Click Continue.

  4. Click Copy Token when your access token appears.

  5. Paste the token somewhere safe - you’ll need it in Part 3.

Part 3: Choose Settings & Finalize Setup

Now you'll want to configure the integration in Sisu.

  1. In Sisu, go to Admin > Integration Hub.

  2. Click the CINC tile.

  3. Click Next.

  4. Scroll down to the CINC Connection section and paste the access token from Part 2 into the CINC API Key field.

  5. Make selections in the following settings:

    1. Start creating transactions from pipeline - When agents apply the selected label to a lead, a new transaction is created in Sisu.

    2. New Agent Password - This is the default password for all new agents.

    3. Use Dialer - If you're using the CINC Dialer, toggle to enable the setting.

    4. Auto-Increment Standard Sisu Activities from Dialer - If you enabled the Use Dialer setting, you can choose to enable this. When enabled, CINC Dialer calls over 30 seconds are automatically counted as Sisu Conversations. Additionally, each CINC Dialer call increments the "Number of Dials" Sisu activity.

    5. Excluded Tags For Custom Activity - Any tag you add to this list will be ignored for activity counting.

    6. Sync Activities from CINC - This controls syncing activities to Sisu from CINC. Disable to prevent all activities from syncing.

  6. Click Finish. Your CINC integration is now active. 🚀

Part 4: Disable Other CINC Integrations

If you are currently using:

  • Real Synch

  • API Nation

  • Zapier

  • Any other third-party provider

Disable those CINC integrations to prevent duplicate transaction and activity data in Sisu.

If Sisu controls your previous integration, contact the Success Team via the chat bubble in Sisu to have it disabled. 💬

Testing the Integration

Create a test lead in CINC and apply some labels to make sure the integration is functioning correctly. The video below demonstrates applying labels and syncing transactional data from CINC to Sisu.
