This article will help you better read the Platform Rankings table found on the Sisu Snapshot screen.

Topics in this article:

Understanding the Table's Columns

The columns in the Platform Rankings table show different information depending on your role. What's your role?

Logged in as an agent or ISA

  • PR column: shows the user's highest count achieved for each metric; if you hover the cursor over a PR number, the date the PR was achieved is displayed

  • Curr. Value column: shows the user's current count for each metric

  • Rank column: displays the user's rank for each metric; ranks are determined by comparing the counts in the Curr. Value column with those of all other agents and ISAs on the platform

Note: When the Curr. Value column is 0, the Rank column shows a 0 as well.

Logged in as an admin or TC

  • PR column: shows the team's highest count achieved for each metric; if you hover the cursor over a PR number, the date the PR was achieved is displayed

  • Curr. Value column: shows the team's current count for each metric

  • Rank column: displays the team's rank for each metric; ranks are determined by comparing the counts displayed in the Curr. Value column with those of all other teams on the platform

Note: When the Curr. Value column is 0, the Rank column shows a 0 as well.

Toggling Between Monthly and Yearly Numbers

You can toggle the table between monthly and yearly numbers by clicking the MTD and YTD buttons.

Understanding Stars and Trophies in the Rank Column

If a user or team is in the top 20 for a particular metric, they see a star next to their ranking. If a user or team is in the top 3, they see a trophy next to their ranking.

ISAs and the Platform Rankings Table

ISAs not only have access to the Platform Rankings table but are also included in the rankings. It's also important to note that the number of agents displayed at the top of the table includes both agents and ISAs.

Minimizing the Table

If you want to minimize the Platform Rankings table (and enlarge the graphs on the Snapshot screen), click the X in the top-left corner of the table.

You can make the table appear again by clicking the Platform Rankings button on the right side of the screen.
