Go to Admin > Users.
Use the search bar to search for a user.
In-line with a user, click the drop-down arrow on the left, and select Send Password Reset from the list. This sends the user an email with a new password.
*IMPORTANT*: As soon as you send the Password Reset email, the user's current password becomes invalid because their password has already been changed to the password included in the sent email.
What should I do if the user isn't getting the email?
