Viewing Current User License Count
There are 3 areas in Sisu where you can view how many user licenses your team currently has available.
Increasing User Licenses
As your team grows you'll want your Agents and team members to have access to Sisu. Each Sisu user requires a user license. To purchase additional user licenses follow the 4 steps listed below:
Navigate to Admin > Team Settings > Manage Billing.
Click on the subscription tile.
Click on Edit Subscription.
Select from the drop down or type in the total amount of user licenses your team needs.
Example: If you're currently at 5 user licenses but need an additional license for a new Agent, you'd want to select 6 from the dropdown.
Decreasing User Licenses
Navigate to Admin > Team Settings > Manage Billing.
Click on the subscription tile.
Click on Edit Subscription.
Select from the drop down or type in the total amount of user licenses your team needs.
Example: If you're currently at 5 user licenses but need to decrease by 1 license you'd want to select 4 from the dropdown.
