⚠️ Important Note!
Making a user inactive doesn't automatically adjust your total number of licenses. Each time you make a user inactive, you need to decrease your license count if you don't plan on adding another active user. Make sure that your Active User Count always matches your User License Count.

Inactivating Users

Adjusting User Licenses
You should adjust the total number of user licenses whenever you want to decrease your number of active users. Only billing administrators can adjust user licenses. To adjust user licenses, do the following:
1. Go to Admin > Team Settings.
2. In the menu on the left, click Manage Billing.
3. In the window that appears, you can edit your license count.
