Use the table of contents on the right side of the screen to jump to a particular topic.
Logging In As a Sisu User
This option is for Sisu users who want to log into Client Portal.
Go to client.sisu.co/auth/login.
Enter the same email and password you use to log into Sisu and click Login. This sends a code to your phone.
Enter the code that was just texted to you in the field provided.
Click Login.
Logging In As a Client
This is the process that your clients will use to log into Client Portal.
⚠️ *IMPORTANT*: In order for clients to log in, the Mobile Phone Number field and the Contact Email field must be in a form and they must contain the client's accurate information. If you need to add these fields to a form, an admin needs to follow the steps in this article from our Knowledge Base.
The client goes to client.sisu.co.
They enter the following information:
First name
Last name
Email
Phone number
The client clicks Submit.
The client enters the code that was texted to them in the field provided.
The client clicks Login.
