Sending Branded Client Portal Invites to Clients

If your Client Portal is branded, there's a way to make the login screen include your branding as well. You just need to send your client a special branded link found in Sisu. When your clients use the branded link, they'll be directed to a login screen that has your branding on it.

Emailing a Personalized Link Using Sisu

This branded link is sent from a transaction, and it's personal to the client. With this link, the client won't have to use their personal credentials to log in. They'll only have to enter the passcode that's sent to their phone.

  1. In Sisu, go to Transactions > Transactions.

  2. Click in-line with a transaction to open it.

  3. Using the menu on the left, go to the form with the Mobile Phone and Contact Email fields. Make sure they both have accurate information in them.

  4. In the menu on the left, click Client Portal.

  5. Click the Associated Road to Close Templates drop-down, and verify that at least 1 box is checked. This tells you if there are active client roadmaps or not. If none of the boxes are checked, select 1 or more of the templates. Then click Update. This causes client roadmaps that mirror the selected templates to appear in Client Portal.

  6. Click the Send button. This emails your client a link that will take them to a login screen with your branding.


Sharing the Team's Branded Link

The team's branded link is found in each transaction. This is best used in emails and on websites that multiple clients will have access to. Clients who use this link will need to enter their name, email, phone number, and a passcode that will be sent to their phone.

  1. In Sisu, go to Transactions > Transactions.

  2. Click in-line with a transaction to open it.

  3. In the menu on the left, click Client Portal.

  4. Copy the Client Portal shareable branded link at the bottom of the screen and paste it where you'd like.

โš ๏ธ IMPORTANT: In order for a client to log in, their mobile number and email must be entered into a form in Sisu.


Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if clients don't use the branded link? Will my Client Portal still show my branding?

Client Portal will show your team's branding regardless of whether or not people use the branded link. The link only affects the login screen. If the client were to simply go to client.sisu.co to log in (instead of using the branded link), they would see Sisu branding on the login screen. However, once they log into Client Portal, they will see your personal branding.

How can I send an invite to a secondary client?
