Removing a Roadmap from a Transaction

Client roadmaps can be deleted both individually and in bulk should the need arise. For steps to help you remove roadmaps from transactions, select the option below that best fits your needs:

Individually

  1. In Sisu, go to Transactions > Transactions.

  2. Click in-line with a transaction to open it.

  3. In the menu on the left, click Client Portal.

  4. Click the Associated Road to Close Template(s) drop-down, and deselect any roadmaps you want to remove from the transaction.

  5. Click Update.

In Bulk

  1. In Client Portal, click Roadmap Builder.

  2. Click the View Transaction Screen button. This opens the Transaction screen.

  3. If you want to see more than 10 transactions on the screen at a time, click the drop-down at the bottom of the Transaction Screen and choose the option that is best for you.

  4. Click the checkboxes on the left to select multiple transactions.

    Note: If you want to select all transactions, click the checkbox in the header next to ID.

  5. Click the Select Roadmap Templates drop-down, and click the checkboxes of the roadmaps you want to remove.

  6. Click Remove.
