The Task Manager allows you to see your tasks in different ways, and it allows you to filter your tasks by scope, status, and stage.

Agents will be sent a copy of their own assigned tasks each morning via email and push notification.

Admins will be sent a copy of the overall tasks for the team as well as their own assigned tasks in the same manner.

Task Manager Features

A. Task List

By using the Scope, Status, and Stage drop-downs, you can view the following tasks at a glance:

  • tasks that are overdue

  • tasks due today

  • tasks due in the next 7 days

  • tasks with no entered due date

Tasks due in 8 days or more won't show up on this Task List page.

B. Task Board

The Task Board allows you to see your tasks on a kanban board. Like with the Task List, the Scope, Status, and Stage drop-downs determine which tasks appear on your board. You can change a task's status by dragging and dropping tasks from one column to the next.

C. Task Calendar

Any tasks with a due date appear on the Task Calendar. This can be especially helpful when using task lists dedicated to listings that haven't gone live yet.

D. Scope drop-down

The Scope drop-down allows admins to toggle between individual and group task lists. Agents will only see their own name when they click on this drop-down.

E. Status drop-down

This drop-down allows users to filter the Task Manager by 1 or more task statuses.

F. Stage drop-down

This drop-down allows users to filter the Task Manager by a transaction stage.
