Adding a Task List to a Transaction

  1. Go to Transactions > Transactions and click on a transaction to open it.

  2. In the menu on the left, click Tasks.

  3. On the right side of the screen, click the List drop-down and select a list you want to add.

  4. Click Add to add the list of tasks, which appears below.

Removing a Task List

  1. Go to Transactions > Transactions and click on a transaction to open it.

  2. In the menu on the left, click Tasks.

  3. Scroll down to a task list and click Remove All Tasks.

  4. In the pop-up that appears, click Remove Tasks.

Adding a One-Off Task to a Transaction

Agents can add tasks directly to a task list in a transaction. These won't be copied to the full list of tasks under Admin > Tasks.

  1. Go to Transactions > Transactions and click on a transaction to open it.

  2. In the menu on the left, click Tasks.

  3. Scroll down to a task list and click Add Task.

  4. Fill out the fields as desired and click Add.

Removing a Task

  1. Go to Transactions > Transactions and click on a transaction to open it.

  2. In the menu on the left, click Tasks.

  3. On the right side of the screen, click the trash can icon.

  4. In the pop-up that appears, click Remove Task.

Bulk Changing Tasks

After you add a task list to a transaction, you can bulk change the following task information:

  • Task status

  • Due date

  • Who the task is assigned to

To make bulk changes to your tasks, do the following:

  1. Go to Transactions > Transactions and click on a transaction to open it.

  2. In the menu on the left, click Tasks.

  3. Scroll down to a task list, and click the checkboxes to select a group of tasks.

  4. Click Bulk Change. This opens the Bulk Change window.

  5. Complete all the fields and then click Update.
