Adding a Task List to a Transaction
Go to Transactions > Transactions and click on a transaction to open it.
In the menu on the left, click Tasks.
On the right side of the screen, click the List drop-down and select a list you want to add.
Click Add to add the list of tasks, which appears below.
Removing a Task List
Go to Transactions > Transactions and click on a transaction to open it.
In the menu on the left, click Tasks.
Scroll down to a task list and click Remove All Tasks.
In the pop-up that appears, click Remove Tasks.
Adding a One-Off Task to a Transaction
Agents can add tasks directly to a task list in a transaction. These won't be copied to the full list of tasks under Admin > Tasks.
Go to Transactions > Transactions and click on a transaction to open it.
In the menu on the left, click Tasks.
Scroll down to a task list and click Add Task.
Fill out the fields as desired and click Add.
Removing a Task
Go to Transactions > Transactions and click on a transaction to open it.
In the menu on the left, click Tasks.
On the right side of the screen, click the trash can icon.
In the pop-up that appears, click Remove Task.
Bulk Changing Tasks
After you add a task list to a transaction, you can bulk change the following task information:
Task status
Due date
Who the task is assigned to
