Session 1: Intake Forms & Fields

This session is available every Tuesday. By the end of this session, you'll be able to do the following:

  • Build and manage your custom transaction intake forms

    • Build, arrange, manage, and organize fields and custom fields in forms

  • Eliminate duplicate entry

  • Consolidate your information in one place

  • Leverage what you already have in Sisu for reporting

Session 2: Commissions

This session is available every Wednesday. By the end of this session, you'll be able to do the following:

  • Build and manage custom adjustment entities

    • Report on volume, GCI, team net income, and agent net income

    • Report on other adjustments and payment categories

    • Report and track commission and royalty capping

  • Build custom commission templates to reduce the time it takes to calculate

  • Leverage financials for high-level and detailed reporting for business management and planning

Session 3: Tasks

This session is available every Thursday. By the end of this session, you'll be able to do the following:

  • Build and manage your task management and transaction workflows

  • Centralize your systems in one place

  • Make the progress of each transaction visible to all involved personnel

  • Automate client outreach, workflow kickoffs, and team reminders
