If you're having trouble making a copy of a document in Google Drive, try any of the options below to resolve the issue:
Clear your browser cache
Windows: Press the keys [Shift] + [CTRL] + [Delete]
MacOS: Press the keys [Shift] + [cmd] + [del]
Open the sheet in your browser's Incognito mode
Open the sheet in a different browser. Some common browsers are Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox.
Turn off all browser extensions, and re-enable them one at a time to see if one of your extensions is the problem.
