Importing Users Into Sisu

Note: One way to make a copy of a Google Template is to open the template and go to File > Make a Copy. If the "Make a Copy" button is grayed out, check out this article in our Knowledge Base for some troubleshooting tips.
Open your copy of the template, and enter in as much user information as you can. Save your changes when you're finished.
Note: If there's an asterisk in a column header, the column is required.
Log into Sisu, and use the chat bubble to share the import spreadsheet with one of our Customer Success team members. They'll load the data into Sisu for you.
*IMPORTANT*: If your transactions were imported to Sisu before your users, see the following section called Activating Inactive Users.
Activating Inactive Users
If transactions are imported before users, then the users assigned to the transactions in the transaction spreadsheet will automatically be added as inactive users. To activate any users that will need to use Sisu, please do the following:
Go to Admin > Users.
Click the Filter drop-down in the top-right corner, and select Inactive. This will show you all inactive users.
For each user you want to activate, click the Edit drop-down arrow and select Activate.
