Duplicate transactions can occur. Sisu makes it really easy to merge your duplicate records, while ensuring critical transaction values are retained with the real transaction.

  1. Select the two records you would like to merge from the transaction screen.

  2. Click Bulk Change.

  3. Select the Merge option from the drop-down menu.

Note: If you do not see the Merge option, reach out through the orange chat bubble and we will turn it on for you.

  4. Select the transaction that you would like to retain after the merge is complete.

*IMPORTANT*: The transaction you select will be retained, while the other transaction will be permanently deleted.

  5. Compare both sets of data and select the data that you would like to merge into the retained transaction.

  6. When finished, click Save Changes.

  7. On the confirmation screen, click Let's do it! The transaction that is retained will now include all the information that you chose to merge. The duplicate transaction is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
