I'm new to Sisu and don't know how to log in.
First, reach out to an admin and request your Welcome email. It will include your login email and password, along with a link to some resources. The email will be sent from sisu.co to your login email address. The email looks like this:
If you've already received the Welcome email, your admin can send you a Password Reset email instead. This email also includes both your login email and a new password. It looks like this:
I can't remember my login email!
If you think you may have forgotten the email address needed to log into your account, you may need to reach out to an admin for help. They can find your current email in Sisu by going to Admin > Users and looking up your name.
I know my login email, but I can't remember the password.
If you can't remember your password to log in, just follow the steps below:
Go to the Sisu login screen.
Click the Forgot password? link under the Login button.
Enter the email that you use to log in and click Submit. This sends a Password Reset email to the email you entered.
In the email, click the password reset link.
Enter your desired password in the fields provided and then click Submit.
