If you or anyone else is having trouble logging in (or you never received your Welcome email), just head over to my.sisu.co/auth/forgot-password and enter the Sisu account's email address to request a new password. Additionally, please ensure you are entering the email address that was used when the account was set up in Admin>Users. If you aren't sure what this email address is, please ask your Sisu admin or team leader (if you, yourself, aren't that Sisu admin or team leader). Lastly, make sure your next steps are to watch all the required onboarding videos located here - https://sisu.co/onboarding/. This is necessary prior to requesting any support.
