*IMPORTANT*: In order for an agent's data to sync to Sisu, they need to be an active user on your Sisu roster.

BombBomb is a simple tool to use, and the integration is no different. 

The integration will create a custom metric on your Sisu dashboard called "BombBombs Sent" and will track the number of BombBomb videos your agents send out each day. 

Note: To track videos sent at the agent level, each agent must have their own BombBomb account. If this isn't the case, you can track BombBombs sent as a team but not individually per agent. 

To get this integration set up, just log into your Sisu account and open up a chat conversation (lower-right corner) and let us know. Include your admin BombBomb username and password and our team can get started building the integration right away.

*IMPORTANT*: Your email address in Sisu must match your email address in BombBomb exactly or it won't work.
