Activities That Sync
The Mojo Dialer integration pulls 3 key data points:
Contacts - which will add to the custom CONVERSATIONS (MOJO) activity as well as the default CONVERSATIONS activity in Sisu.
Dials - which will add to the custom NUMBER OF DIALS (MOJO) activity as well as the default NUMBER OF DIALS activity in Sisu.
Dialer time - which will add to the custom activity MINUTES PROSPECTED (MOJO) in Sisu.
Mojo reports out data at 8 a.m. every day for the previous day, at which point they are ported into Sisu. With the Mojo dialer information, yesterday's dialer data will be imported at 8 a.m. each morning, which can then be used in contests, coaching, reporting, and more!
If you don't want your agents to be able to manually update these activities, you'll want to ensure they are locked by navigating to Admin > Team Settings > Activities.
Setting Up The Integration
First, let's verify your users:
In order for an agent's data to sync to Sisu, they need to be an active user on your Sisu roster. Ensure your agents have been added as active users in Sisu.
Verify that the names of your agents in Mojo match the names of your agents in Sisu exactly. They can not have any difference in spelling or case and there can't be any additional spaces before or after the name.
If you have an agent with a multi-part first name or multi-part last name, you'll need to combine the parts and remove the space in Sisu and in Mojo so they match exactly. For example, using a made-up name of "Jon Van Buren", the first name would be "Jon" but the last name would need to be "VanBuren" (removing the space) in Sisu and Mojo. If the space is in the last name, the agent's Mojo numbers will not sync to Sisu properly.
Now let's set it up:
In your Mojo account, navigate to your Account dropdown and select Settings -
From the left side menu select Email > Notifications -
Scroll down to the Calling Reports Email section. Here you'll want to copy/paste mojo+team_
TEAMID
@integrationmail.sisu.co into the Recipient field -Keep Mojo open and in another browser login to your Sisu account, on any page scroll to the very bottom of the page to view the page footer. Locate your Sisu Team ID and copy the ID number -
Navigate back to Mojo and, within the recipient email address, paste the Sisu team ID in to replace 'TEAMID'.
Example:Ensure that only the box for Session Report is checked. Click Set!
In your Sisu account, navigate to Admin > Integration Hub and select the Mojo tile.
In Step 1, click Next.
In Step 2, enter your Mojo Pin.
In Step 3, click Finish.

Troubleshooting
When comparing numbers in Sisu and Mojo, be sure to double-check that your filters (scope and date range) on your Sisu reports/dashboards match what you're viewing in Mojo.
Verify that the names of your agents in Mojo match the names of your agents in Sisu exactly.
Verify that you're sending the Mojo session reports to the correct email address.
In Mojo, verify that you only have the 'Session report' checked in Settings > Email > Notifications > Calling Reports Email.
'Call Detail Report' and 'Include Agents With Zero Activity' should not be checked.
