Sisu Fields That Sync from BoomTown

The following Sisu fields are populated based on BoomTown updates:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Mobile Phone Number

  • Address Line 1, City, State, Postal Code (seller only!)

  • BoomTown Contact URL

  • Appt Set By (ISA)

  • Appt Set For

  • 1st Time Appt Met

  • 1st Showing Date

  • Under Contract Date

  • Closed (Settlement) Date

Field updates are triggered by category changes and to-do actions in BoomTown.

Buyer & Seller Lead Behavior

Buyer/Seller with Two Agents (Recommended)

  • Separate buyer and seller transactions are created

  • Each transaction syncs independently with BoomTown

Buyer/Seller with One Agent

  • Only one transaction can be created in Sisu

  • You can duplicate the transaction in Sisu but it won’t be connected to BoomTown

Accessing BoomTown Leads from Sisu

The BoomTown Contact URL field allows users to open the linked BoomTown Lead Profile directly from a Sisu transaction.

How it works:

  1. Admin/TC user adds the BoomTown Contact URL field to any form(s)

  2. User opens a transaction that originated from BoomTown

  3. Clicking the URL opens the BoomTown Lead Profile in a new tab

Lead Source Syncing from BoomTown

When a transaction is created in Sisu from BoomTown:

  • The lead source is automatically created in Admin > Lead Sources if it doesn’t already exist.

  • +1 to the Agent's At Bat lead count.

  • Lead source reporting updates automatically.

Syncing ISA Appointments to Sisu

When an ISA schedules a meeting to-do for an agent in BoomTown, Sisu records both the appointment and the ISA responsible for setting it.

How it works:

  • The ISA must have the ISA role in Sisu

  • The ISA creates or opens a lead in BoomTown

  • The lead is transferred to an agent while maintaining the existing lead category

  • The ISA schedules a Meeting to-do for the agent

Results in Sisu:

  • A new Appt Set transaction or status change on existing transaction to Appt Set occurs

  • The Appt Set By (ISA) field is populated with the name of the ISA who scheduled the meeting
