This article explains how actions taken in BoomTown impact Activities and Transactions in Sisu. The BoomTown integration is a one-way, continuous sync from BoomTown to Sisu. Changes made in Sisu do not update Lead Profiles in BoomTown.

How BoomTown Actions Increment Sisu Activities
Certain actions performed in BoomTown automatically count toward Activities in Sisu.
Required Configuration Settings
The following settings must be enabled for activity syncing:
Create Sisu lead measure activities from BoomTown usage
Update Sisu activities based on BoomTown contact categories
If a lead’s category is not included in your configuration, activities will not sync for that lead.

How BoomTown Actions Affect Sisu Transactions
Transactions in Sisu are created or updated based on lead category changes and to-do actions in BoomTown.

Sisu Fields That Sync from BoomTown
The following Sisu fields are populated based on BoomTown updates:

Field updates are triggered by category changes and to-do actions in BoomTown.
Buyer & Seller Lead Behavior
Buyer/Seller with Two Agents (Recommended)
Separate buyer and seller transactions are created
Each transaction syncs independently with BoomTown
Buyer/Seller with One Agent
Only one transaction can be created in Sisu
You can duplicate the transaction in Sisu but it won’t be connected to BoomTown
Accessing BoomTown Leads from Sisu
The BoomTown Contact URL field allows users to open the linked BoomTown Lead Profile directly from a Sisu transaction.
How it works:
Admin/TC user adds the BoomTown Contact URL field to any form(s)
User opens a transaction that originated from BoomTown
Clicking the URL opens the BoomTown Lead Profile in a new tab
Lead Source Syncing from BoomTown
When a transaction is created in Sisu from BoomTown:
The lead source is automatically created in Admin > Lead Sources if it doesn’t already exist.
+1 to the Agent's At Bat lead count.
To see each agent's At Bat lead counts, navigate to Admin > Lead Sources > Counts and Expenses. At Bat lead counts are included in various reports.
Lead source reporting updates automatically.
Syncing ISA Appointments to Sisu
When an ISA schedules a meeting to-do for an agent in BoomTown, Sisu records both the appointment and the ISA responsible for setting it.
How it works:
The ISA must have the ISA role in Sisu
The ISA creates or opens a lead in BoomTown
The lead is transferred to an agent while maintaining the existing lead category
The ISA schedules a Meeting to-do for the agent
Results in Sisu:
A new Appt Set transaction or status change on existing transaction to Appt Set occurs
The Appt Set By (ISA) field is populated with the name of the ISA who scheduled the meeting
