Requirements
❗️ You must have a RedX Team Account in order to utilize this integration.
❗️ Ensure your user's names and email addresses match exactly between RedX and Sisu. If they do not match, they will not sync. You can set an Alternate Email Address in Sisu that must exactly match their RedX email address. If an Alternate Email Address is input, it will be given preference when trying to map Sisu users with RedX users (i.e. it will look for that address in RedX first).
Syncing Your RedX Pulse Stats
The following activities are created in Sisu via the integration and are incremented by calls made in RedX:
RedX: Connections (this activity also increments the Conversations activity in Sisu)
RedX: Prospects
RedX: Calls Made
RedX: Voicemails
RedX: Contacts
RedX: Appt Set
RedX: Duration
