Setting Goals Using the Goal Calculator (for agents)

Our goal calculator not only helps you create monthly and yearly goals, but it copies those goals directly to the Goals screen in Sisu so you don't have to manually enter them.

  1. Go to Account > Goal Calculator.

  2. The Scope field will have your name entered by default.

  3. Enter a value for the Gross Agent Paid Income Goal.

  4. Review the other fields.

Note: If you’ve been using sisu, all these fields will populate with your own personal numbers from the previous year. If you're new to Sisu, these fields will populate with your team’s averages and percentages instead. If your team is new to Sisu, the fields populate with relevant market data.

  5. Click Calculate.

  6. On the page of calculated goals, toggle the year if desired.

  7. Click Save Goals to have the Goal Calculator save your goals and enter them for you on the Goals screen.

Setting Goals Using the Goal Calculator (for admins)

Our goal calculator not only helps you create monthly and yearly goals, but it copies those goals directly to the Goals screen in Sisu so you don't have to manually enter them.

Make sure you calculate goals for the following:

  • Yearly goals for each agent

  • Monthly goals for each agent

  • Yearly goals for the team

  • Monthly goals for the team

Important Note Regarding Team Goals

Team goals shouldn't simply be a summation of the agents' goals. While the team should take into consideration each individual agent’s goals, it shouldn’t only consider them. So, for instance, a team will often set a higher goal than the sum of the agents’ goals, which will remind the team owner that in order to hit that goal, they need to bring on additional agents or expand to another location. So, while the agents' goals definitely factor into the team's goals, they shouldn't be the only consideration.

Using the Goal Calculator

  1. Go to Account > Goal Calculator.

  2. Agents will have the Scope field filled in for them. Admins will be able to select from a list of groups and individuals.

  3. Enter a value for the Gross Agent Paid Income Goal (individuals) or the Volume Goal (team/group).

  4. Review the other fields.

Note: If you’ve been using sisu, all these fields will populate with numbers from the previous year. If you're entering personal goals but you're new to Sisu, these fields will populate with your team’s averages and percentages instead. If your team is new to Sisu, the fields populate with relevant market data.

  5. Click Calculate.

  6. On the page of calculated goals, toggle the year if desired.

  7. Click Save Goals to have the Goal Calculator save your goals and enter them for you on the Goals screen.
