Changing Roadmap Notification Preferences

When a roadmap step has notifications enabled, Client Portal sends out an email to the client and the agent when the step is completed. If you no longer want to receive these emails, you can disable them in your account settings. Admins can disable them for their entire team, and individual users can disable them for themselves.

Changing Roadmap Notification Preferences for the Team (admin only)

You can change preferences in both Sisu and Client Portal. Where are you trying to change them today?

In Sisu

  1. Go to Admin > Team Settings.

  2. In the menu on the left, click Notification Settings.

  3. In-line with "Roadmap," click the Disable (or Enable) button. This changes your team's roadmap notification preferences.

In Client Portal

  1. Go to Admin > Team Notifications.

  2. In-line with Roadmap, click the toggle to either enable or disable step notifications for your team.

    Note: Notifications are enabled when the toggle is orange. They're disabled when the toggle is grayed out.

Changing Your Personal Roadmap Notification Preferences

You can change preferences in both Sisu and Client Portal. Your personal preference settings overrule the team setting. Where are you trying to change them today?

In Sisu

  1. Go to Account > Notification Settings.

  2. In-line with "Roadmap," click the Disable (or Enable) button. This changes your personal roadmap notification preferences.

In Client Portal

  1. Click the account profile icon and then click Notifications.

  2. In-line with "Roadmap," click the toggle to either enable or disable step notifications for your team.

    Note: Notifications are enabled when the toggle is orange. They're disabled when the toggle is grayed out.
