Tag OR Deal based integration

Follow Up Boss allows you to integrate Tags or Deals. The choice is a matter of how you want your agents to be operating in Follow Up Boss. If you want a visual representation of deal movements, the Deals option is likely best for you. If you rather want something quick and convenient with less of visual context, tags based integration might be better for you. To learn more about the difference watch this video.

Some integration options offers the option to display the Sisu Transaction URL in FUB client pages for quick link reference.

InterFace Integration

The InterFace Integration comes with a FUB embedded app and there are several free options and several paid upgrades to choose from.

If you are a Sisu Essential or Premier customer, the integration is free. Contact Sisu Support via chat and specify the type of InterFace integration you want. Clients with other plans can either upgrade their Sisu package or contact InterFace to get set up.

Free to Sisu Premier and Essential V4 clients after date...

Embedded App Integration options

The Embedded App Integration Options can be used alone or in combination with the Standard Integration Options below

  • InterFace-FUB Sisu Single-Click Embedded App
This integration is an embedded app that shows the stages of a transaction as a set of buttons. You can simply click a button to create/update a Deal within FUB and a Transaction within Sisu. Demo.

  • InterFace-FUB Sisu Simple Embedded App
This integration is an embedded form app which creates/updates Deals within FUB and Transactions within Sisu. Demo.

Standard Integration Options

The Standard Integration Options come with an Embedded App (Options listed above).

  • InterFace-FUB Sisu Tag-Based Integration
This integration uses FUB tags but, instead of being tied to the client’s email address, it's tied to the embedded app opportunity created once the tag is added. This makes the integration much more reliable and the embedded app also allows for multiple Buyer and Seller transactions per contact. Demo.

  • InterFace-FUB Sisu Deal-Based Integration
This integration links deals in FUB to Sisu transactions. Useful if you are looking for a visual (Kanban) representation of the transaction. Demo.

Paid Embedded App Integration Options

Paid Add-On Options (Free to Sisu Premier V4 clients after May 1st 2022)

  • InterFace-FUB Sisu Bi-Directional Sync
In addition to updating Sisu from FUB, this integration allows you to update FUB from Sisu. A demo can be scheduled here.

Free Integration Options

  • RS-FUB Sisu Tag-Based Integration

This integration uses FUB tags to update transactions in Sisu. This also creates a link from FUB to the transaction in Sisu for easy navigation.

  • RS-FUB Sisu Deal-Based Integration

This integration links deals in FUB to Sisu transactions. Useful if you are looking for a visual (Kanban) representation of the transaction.

Use this integration if you wish to use tags, but also have the visual representation.

  • Recruiting Platform: Real Synch does support integration for the Sisu Recruiting add-on. If a team has two instances, Real Estate and Recruiting, and wants to integrate both, Sisu will support this free of charge for all Premier level subscriptions (Recruiting is only covered under Premier).

Follow Up Boss - Zapier Integration (Legacy)

This is a legacy integration that Sisu still supports but no longer set up for new clients. It is a less robust integration than the other option referenced above.
More info on the Sisu Zapier integration.

Zapier is limited to the Legacy Tag-Based FUB integration.
