Important! In order for clients to log into Client Portal, their email and phone number need to be entered into the Transaction Form.


This article gives you insight into what a client sees when logging into Client Portal.

Logging In Via client.sisu.co

  1. Your client goes to client.sisu.co. This opens the Client Portal Registration screen.

  2. After entering their credentials, they'll click Submit.

  3. The client will be texted a passcode. They'll need to enter this code into the screen that appears.

  4. After clicking Login, they'll be directed to Client Portal.

Logging In Via a Link Sent from Sisu

  1. Your client receives an email with a branded link.

  2. Once your client clicks the link, they'll be texted a passcode. They'll need to enter this code into the screen that appears. (This screenshot shows Sisu branding, but the client will see your own branding.)

  3. After clicking Login, they'll be directed to Client Portal.

Logging In Using Your Team's Branded Shareable Link

All the screenshots in this section have Sisu branding, but the client will see your branding on these screens.
