If your Client Portal is branded, there's a way to make the login screen include your branding as well. You just need to send your client a special branded link found in Sisu. When your clients use the branded link, they'll be directed to a login screen that has your branding on it. If the client were to simply go to client.sisu.co, Client Portal would still be branded but the login screen would have Sisu branding.

Emailing a Personalized Link Using Sisu

This branded link is sent from a transaction, and it's personal to the client. When using this link, the client won't have to use their personal credentials to log in. They'll only have to enter the passcode that's sent to their phone.

  1. In Sisu, open a transaction. The Transaction Form will be selected by default.

  2. In the Transaction Form, verify that the Mobile Phone and Contact Email fields both have accurate information in them.

  3. In the menu on the left, click Client Portal.

  4. Click the Associated Road to Close Templates drop-down, and verify that there are associated templates. If not, select 1 or more templates. Then click Update.

  5. Verify that the Email field contains the correct client email and then click Send. This emails your client a link that will take them to a login screen with your branding.

Sharing the Team's Branded Link

The team's branded link is found in each transaction. This is best used in emails and on websites that multiple clients will have access to. Clients who use this link will need to enter their name, email, phone number, and a passcode that will be sent to their phone.

  1. In Sisu, open a transaction. The Transaction Form will be selected by default.

  2. In the menu on the left, click Client Portal.

  3. Copy the Client Portal shareable branded link at the bottom of the screen and paste it where you'd like.

Important! In order for a client to use this link, their mobile number and email must be entered into the Transaction Form.
