Assigning a Roadmap Template Using Client Portal

In Client Portal, you can assign multiple roadmap templates to multiple transactions at once. Once you assign roadmap templates to a transaction, the client can log into Client Portal and see them.

  1. Go to and log into Client Portal.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Roadmap Builder.

  3. Click the Transaction Screen button. This opens a window that shows you all transactions that appear in Sisu's Transactions screen.

  4. In the keyword search, you can search for one of the following client details to find a transaction:

    • name

    • email

    • phone number

    • address

  5. Click the checkbox of the transaction you want to add a template to.

    Note: You can select multiple transactions.

  6. On the right side of the window, click the Select Templates drop-down, and click the checkbox of any template you want to associate to the transaction.

  7. Click Assign. Now when your client logs into Client Portal, they'll be able to see their personalized roadmaps.

Assigning a Roadmap Template Using Sisu

You can also assign roadmap templates from within individual transactions in Sisu. Once you assign roadmap templates to a transaction, the client can log into Client Portal and see them.

  1. In Sisu, open a transaction.

  2. In the menu on the left, click Client Portal.

  3. Click the Associated Road to Close Template(s) drop-down, and select any templates you want to assign to the transaction.

  4. Click Update. Now clients can log into Client Portal and view their roadmaps.

What should I do next?

Once your roadmap templates are assigned to transactions, Client Portal is ready to be used by your clients! Clients can log in by going to, or if you have a branded Client Portal, you can send them a branded link that puts your own branding on the login screen as well.
