In the Roadmap Builder, you can make roadmap templates that you can then assign to any number of transactions. Once you assign a roadmap template to a transaction, clients can log into Client Portal and view their own roadmap—a personalized visual timeline that shows important information, dates, and milestones.

Adding Steps to a Roadmap Template

After you create a roadmap template, it will be empty. You have to add steps that give the client insight into important dates and to-dos. You can add steps manually or you can use existing task lists to quickly fill in a roadmap.

Note: The tasks in the drop-down are tasks that your team has already created in Sisu.

  4. Enter a Description.

Note: When clients view the roadmap, they'll see the description directly under the step name.

  5. If you'd like an email notification to be sent to the client when this step happens, click the Step Notifications drop-down and click one or more of the checkboxes.

Note: To set up email notifications for Client Portal, go to Admin > Team Settings > Preferences and then scroll down to the Client Portal Notifications section.

  6. If you don't want the step to be visible to the client, click the Internal Only checkbox.

  7. Click Add Step, which will add the step to the end of the roadmap template.
