You can easily refer buyers and sellers to any of our integrated vendors—and you can do the whole process from within Sisu. We even send the referral form for you.

Before You Begin...

Prior to submitting leads to our integrated vendors, your team or brokerage owner will need to sign up for the Integrated Vendor Program and receive a lead submission account. You can sign up here.

Once approved, your team or brokerage owner will be able to

  • Link their PayPal account to their program account in order to withdraw funds

  • Have a dashboard of submitted leads and status

  • Get notifications on submissions and payments made

If your team or brokerage owner is currently a Sisu Ambassador (Sisu referrals), they will need a separate account specifically for the vendor program.

Referring Buyers/Sellers to an Integrated Vendor

  1. In Sisu, go to Transactions > Transactions and click on a transaction to open it.

  2. In the Integrated Vendors section, click Vendor List.

    Note. The Integrated Vendor section won't appear if there aren't any integrated vendors doing business in the state where the transaction is taking place.

  3. In the Integrated Vendors window, click the checkbox to the left of a vendor to select it. Then click Close. The vendor you selected now appears in the Integrated Vendors section.

  4. Click the name of the integrated vendor you just added in order to make the referral form appear.

  5. Fill out the form and click Submit. The completed form is immediately sent to the vendor.

Recommending Additional Integrated Vendors

If you don't see a particular vendor in our list of integrated vendors, let us know! We'll see what we can do to get them added to the list.

  1. In Sisu, navigate to a transaction where you can see the Vendor List button. (See the screenshot below.)

    Note. To understand why this button might be missing, see the section in this article called Why isn't the Vendor List button appearing in a transaction?

  2. In the Integrated Vendors section, click Vendor List.

  3. In the Integrated Vendors window, click the link at the bottom where it says "Not seeing your preferred vendor? Help us connect with them click here."

Which integrated vendors will my buyer/seller have access to?

You can refer a buyer or seller to any integrated vendors that do business in the state where the transaction is taking place. For example, if a woman is buying a home in Utah, you'll be able to refer her to any integrated vendor that does business in Utah.

Why isn't the Vendor List button appearing in a transaction?

This means that there aren't any integrated vendors doing business in the state where the transaction is taking place. Make sure the State field is filled out in the Transaction form so that Sisu can accurately show you which vendors are available.
