NEW FEATURE: 2022 Income Is Now Available in the “Income-Monthly Summaries” Report

Those who have closings in Q1 can now see how much income they’re projecting in 2022.


  1. Go to the Reports tab.

  2. In the menu on the left, click Income-Monthly Summaries.

  3. Click the Year drop-down and select 2022.

NEW FEATURE: Receive Notifications When a Form Is Updated

Each form in Sisu now has a “watch” list. When you’re on the list, you’ll be notified whenever that form is updated. By default, TCs, agents, and ISAs are added automatically to the forms in their transactions, but you can add and remove users manually as well.


To add a watcher or see who’s watching a particular form, do the following:

  1. Click on a transaction.

  2. At the top of any form, click the eye icon.

  3. Click on the Add Watcher drop-down and select a user to add.

Don’t want users added automatically? Administrators can turn this setting off.

  1. Go to Admin > Team Settings > Preferences.

  2. Toggle the setting “Automatically add transaction watchers” to “Disable.”

NEW FUNCTIONALITY: Team Logos Can Appear on Email Templates

For Sisu Premier customers, team logos will now appear on their email templates.

UPDATED FUNCTIONALITY: API-Created Custom Activities Now Appear in the Category Drop-Down for Challenges

When choosing a category for a new challenge, you can now select custom activities that were created via API.


Admins can find the Category drop-down by going to Admin > Challenges. The Category drop-down is in the Create New Challenge section.

UPDATED FUNCTIONALITY: Completed Tasks Have Moved

To make the Task Manager task list load faster, we’ve removed completed tasks from the Task Manager. You can now find completed tasks by opening a transaction and selecting Tasks under the Transaction Menu.


You can find the Task Manager task list by going to Tasks > Task Manager.

UPDATED FUNCTIONALITY: API Can Update Commissions Data

You can now use the API to update commissions data.


Each resolved issue in this section includes relevant ticket numbers.

  • We fixed a database error. (3695)

  • We fixed an issue where an API for finding an agent wasn’t working. (3692)

  • We fixed an issue we were having with sending transactions. (3683)

  • We fixed an issue where users weren’t receiving task notifications or emails. (3633)

  • We fixed an issue where users weren’t seeing the correct number of active user licenses available. (3532)

  • We fixed an issue where tasks weren’t updated properly when you marked them as To Do or Done. (3504)

  • We fixed an issue where users were showing up multiple times per challenge in the Challenge Boards. (3481)

  • We fixed an error that users were receiving when trying to bulk update certain fields. (3512)

  • We fixed an issue where the Transactions screen wasn’t filtering correctly. (3486)

  • We fixed an issue where the Agent by Activity report was showing incorrect data. (3644)

  • We fixed an issue where the crumb trail (for example, Admin > Team Settings) for the Notification Templates screen was displaying incorrectly. (3626)

UPCOMING FEATURE: Integrated Vendors

Integrated vendors are select vendors that are partnering with Sisu. By partnering with these vendors, you can get paid for generating leads for the vendors. This functionality isn't ready quite yet but it will be soon. In the meantime, here's a couple things to get excited about:

  • Filling out and sending referral forms is easy. The vendor can build out a form in Sisu that contains the exact data they need when you pass them a referral. When you hit Submit, the referral will be sent over to the vendor and you’ll be good to go.

  • Not seeing a certain vendor in the Integrated Vendor list? Don't worry. We'll make sure there's a link that allows you to tell us about vendors that you wish were in the list.

NEW FEATURE: New Vendor Type

We added Appliance Repair as a vendor type.


You can find the new vendor type by going to Admin > Vendors > [click Add Vendor] > [click Type drop-down].

UPDATED FUNCTIONALITY: Daily Task Reminder Email

Now, the email will include tasks due today as well as overdue tasks from the last 7 days.

UPDATED FUNCTIONALITY: Task Reassignment Is Now Shown in the Transaction History

Now, when a task is reassigned to someone else, it appears in the transaction history.


You can get to transaction history by doing the following:

  1. Select a transaction, whether it be from the Transaction tab or the Transaction Stages Board (Tasks > Transaction Stage Board).

  2. On the left side of the screen under Transaction Menu, select History from the list.


You can find ticket numbers at the end of each fix.

  • We fixed an error that was appearing when users were adjusting commission. (#3584, #3602)

  • We fixed an issue with the Goals Calculator where values were not changing as intended when monthly percents were changed. (#3573, #3568)

  • We fixed an issue where users were unable to reassign tasks to the team ISA. (#3482)

  • We fixed an issue where transaction information was appearing in the wrong columns. (#3601)

  • We fixed an issue where TCs were not able to go to Transactions > Review Documents in Sisu. (#3597)

  • We fixed an issue where selected transaction dates were not appearing in the Transaction Stages Board. (#3461)

  • We fixed an issue where TCs were unable to filter the Task Manager by just their TC tasks. (#3600)

  • We fixed an issue where certain selected columns were not appearing on the Transaction screen. (#3588)

  • We fixed an issue where the Transaction Stage field could be set to None even when it was required. (#3587)

  • We fixed an issue where the system is certifying and locking transactions when the CGI is updated. (#3478)

  • We fixed an issue where post-split adjustments were being calculated based off the Adjusted GCI even though Paid Income was selected. (#3462)

  • We fixed an issue where the search bar on the Transaction screen was not finding/displaying a particular transaction marked as Lost. (#3358)

  • We fixed an issue where task notifications were not being sent to everyone selected. (#3341)
